Our centrifugal vibration sifter is the ideal complement to our production of stone-grinding mills if you need to sift whole grain flour. It offers a high rate of production and a superior extraction rate whilst requiring minimal motive force. The sifter has been designed to be compact and to work efficiently and simply. It combines the utmost flexibility in the processing flow with simple and quick interchangeability of sieves. It allows various types of flour, bran and soft bran to be selected. A screw conveyor, in the lower part of the machine, collects the products and carries them to the outlets.
CONSTRUCTION DETAILS:
The entire structure of our centrifugal vibration sifter is made of welded steel and oven glazed with non-toxic paints approved for contact with food. A stainless steel, centrifugal vibration rotor is mounted on dust-proof ball bearings. The sieves are made of plastic certified for food use and stainless steel.
Sifters have 3 or 4 separate discharge outlets for bagging the different types of flour and a lateral outlet for bran; in the 300 and 350 versions, whole grain products can be bagged, avoiding the sifting chamber. Every discharge outlet is equipped with filling spouts with shutter and relative bag holder in leather. The sifter is operated by an electric motor, complete with pulley and “V”-belts in strong protective casings. Every sifter comes with safety systems that prevent operation when the doors are open.
