STONE GRINDING
There are many types of grinding plant that can be used to produce various types of flour, often very different from each other.
Partisani’s milling line, suitable for any company’s needs, from small agritourism locations to large industrial mills, follow the grain through every step of its processing, working it in the most complete way possible on the basis of the customer’s needs and starting with a freshly-harvested product up to the production of flour.
Partisani’s stone-grinding mills are perfect for producing superior quality whole grain and semi-whole grain flour, which keep the organoleptic characteristics of the cereal.
Only with stone grinding and with the production process offered by Partisani plants can true, semi-whole grain flour be obtained, i.e., flour that maintains all the properties of the wheat grain without subjecting it to excessive refining processes.
The stone-ground flour contains starch, protein, vitamins, and fiber. Cereals are ground in a single step, retaining and integrating the wheat germ. The essential vitamins E and B are kept. Nothing is lost or added: whole grain goes in, whole grain flour comes out.
Our milling plants enhance the qualities of ancient grains, organic crops and all the natural products that are made with the passion for nature and agriculture.
