The advantages of Partisani millstones
Monolithic stones require a complex and periodic maintenance process called Dressing. This operation is needed in order to “revive” the surface of the stone, which, with use, becomes smooth and, therefore, progressively reduces performance. Dressing is an extremely delicate, complex and costly process which requires specialized labor and time when the machine cannot be used.
In our agglomerated millstones, thanks to their composition, the lower particles replace those in the upper layers as they are consumed, thereby maintaining the sharpness of the stone and rending maintenance unnecessary.

Our millstones are extremely hard and durable. Thanks to the absence of maintenance and minimal consumption, Partisani millstones are extremely long-lasting, making their use much more convenient compared to other millstones.

Research, development
and consultancy
Partisani’s Research and Development Department is in constant operation. Every day we work to update our machines, create new ones and improve our plant solutions.
No detail is ever left to chance. Even the very tiniest aspect of our mills is analyzed, tested, and improved. That is why the quality of our products has no equal. Thanks to the horizontal arrangement of the milling lines, buildings composed of multiple floors are no longer necessary. In addition, thanks to the compact sizes, some types of plant can be installed with a ceiling height of less than 3 meters. In the simplest plants to manage, every machine is numbered, as are the electrical cables connected to the motors, to avoid the need for specialized labor. Each machine comes with a detailed use and maintenance technical manual. The control panel, built in compliance with international regulations, is able to manage the entire line through a convenient and intuitive touch-screen.
