Unlike other cylinder mills, which produce a refined flour lacking in mineral salts and essential fibers, Partisani’s stone-grinding mills process the grain with a single pass. This method leaves the cereal’s nutritional qualities intact, preserving the fibers and minerals which are fundamental to producing high quality flour.
Stone grinding yields more than just flour rich in nutrients: it also meets the growing demand for more natural, healthier and less processed products. Today, Partisani is acknowledged as a worldwide point of reference in the manufacture of mills and plants for stone grinding cereals. Every component is designed, assembled and tested internally at the facilities in Forlì, Italy. Founded in 1936, Partisani is a leader in the distribution of electric motors and transmission parts. Over time, we have expanded our range of products and services by including blowers, vacuum pumps, fans, gear units and inverters.
Our professionalism and the superior quality of our products allow us to meet the customer’s needs by also offering after-sales services and customization work on demand. We stock over 20,000 motors (from 0.09 kW to 500 kW), with spare parts and kits, ensuring quick and on-time deliveries throughout Italy.
Partisani stands out for its constant availability of motors that meet international standards and ATEX standards for special plants. We offer products to complete and customize industrial plants, machine tools, mills, recycling plants and air treatment plants, meeting the demands of various sectors from the artisan to the industrial, from agriculture to pharmaceuticals.
Our technical office supports customers in designing their plants by providing tailor-made solutions with the greatest professionalism.
