Our “Pietra” mills represent a significant evolution from previous machines, driven by experience and the application of increasingly advanced processing methods.
The supporting structure of all our mills is made from powder-coated steel, creating a robust and durable framework paired with a grinding chamber entirely made of stainless steel, which ensures the product’s integrity. The heart of Partisani mills is our Magnesium Stones, entirely produced in our Forlì facilities. Thanks to their composition, they have excellent wear resistance, translating to a long lifespan
without the need for reconditioning.
The revolutionary self-aligning system for the stones, designed and developed at Partisani, combined with the special inverted configuration (with a static upper stone and a dynamic lower stone), eliminates the need for periodic checks of parallelism. This solution ensures consistent and
uniform use of the entire surface of the stones and production capacities that cannot be achieved with traditional mills, raising performance and grinding
quality to a new standard never reached before.
The simple and intuitive micrometric adjustment system is easily managed by the operator via a handwheel that allows for bringing the stones closer or farther apart to achieve the desired grind. The loading hopper, with a capacity of about 50 kg, is also equipped with a graduated regulator to
manage the flow of product entering the mill.

All our “Pietra” mills can be finished with treated natural wood.
