The pneumatic conveyor actually always keeps the flour temperatures low thanks to the large volume of air which passes through the milling chamber. This system also helps keep the working environment even cleaner and free from any dust because the mill is kept under low pressure and air is filtered before being released into the environment. Its energy consumption is low at 1.12 kW, while the system is available in both a 230 Volt single-phase version and a 400 Volt three-phase version. The system can also come in a kit and can be installed with all “Combi Junior” Mills made from 2013 and later.
