Our centrifugal sifter is the perfect complement to our stone-grinding mills if you need to sieve whole wheat flour. It allows for high production with a high extraction rate. It requires minimum power absorption. It has been designed to be a very compact size, yet still effective and easy to use. It is a suitable size to be placed on top of our MB250 stone-grinding mill. It combines maximum flexibility for the processing flow with quick and easy changeable sieves. It lets you produce three selections, two types of flours and bran. The structure of our centrifugal sifter is entirely made from welded and hot-painted steel. A centrifugal pulsating rotor is mounted onto supports with dust-tight ball bearings. As it does not have any brushes in contact with the sieves, there is no wear and tear on the netting, which consequently has a long service life and is very reliable. This Sifter is fitted with 3 separate outlets for bagging various types of flour. All the outlets are fitted with bag outlets featuring a rolling shutter and the relative bag-tie. This Sifter is powered by a single-phase electric motor, directly connected to the drive shaft. The machine is also fitted with micro safety switches on both hatches, which stop it from working if they are open.
