The polishing process lowers the bacterial load and reduces the ash in flour from polished cereals. This machine is fitted with a loading hopper with a flow regulator for the product to be polished. There is an adjustable system at the outlet which changes the amount of time the product stays inside the machine and, consequently, the level of polishing. There is a fan built into the structure which blows air into the rotor and the emery roller. This allows for easier removal of any dust from the polishing chamber. The NF-15P Polisher is made from oven-baked painted thick boxed metal sheets. This machine is normally combined with a pneumatic conveyor which removes waste dust and keeps the structure under a low pressure, preventing the release of dust into the environment.
