The MP50-S cleaner has been designed to be able to deeply clean up to 1 Ton/hr of product thanks to 3 screening levels. Entirely made of welded steel and oven-painted with paints certified for contact with food, it is complete with protective carters with inspection doors and 3 waste outlets. The main control shaft is mounted on sturdy supports with oscillating ball bearings, dust-tight that acting on two eccentric causes the two opposite boxes to swing, limiting the vibrations as much as possible.
What characterizes our Cleaner is the wide width of the sieves and the long run of the sieves that together promote a high production with a minimum consumption of electric energy. The movemont of boxes with the sieves is ensured by a 0.75 Kw gear motor, above the frame is a load hopper that through three adjustable dampers allows a correct distribution and dosage of the product. The three sieves, complete with rubber balls for cleaning, are designed to be easily disassembled and allow a quick replacement of galvanized sheet metal mesh. The sieves supplied with round and/or slots holes allow a wide range of products to be processed. The cleaner is equipped with a 1.1 kW fan, which acts on the product at two different points, one at the entrance of the cereal and on the integrated air tap for the removal of dust and light impurities. Both intake points are equipped with dampers for the regulation of the air flow.
