MP-05 CLEANER

The MP-05 cleaner is built with a welded and oven-painted steel structure, which guarantees exceptional strength and considerable durability over time. It’s design has been specifically studied to allow efficient positioning even in the tightest spaces.
A distinctive feature is the 800mm sieve support frame, made of food-grade polyethylene milled
from solid. This greater length, combined with the high-frequency vibration of the lateral motor
vibrators, allows for thorough cleaning even at high flow rates.
The particular configuration has been designed to the sieves easily removable and replaceable from the upper part of the machine without the use of tools or keys. The elimination of dusty fractions is ensured by a very powerfull suction system integrated into the loading hopper, while the waste is conveyed into a single outlet located in the lower part, wich simplifies recovery and disposal operations. The compact nature of our MP05 cleaner makes it an ideal stand-alone machine, which is why it comes with optional single-phase and three-phase control panels. The machine is paired with a single-phase bag vacuum cleaner for dust extraction.
Its high capacity can also be used in milling lines, both with direct loading via the large hopper holding approximately 25 kg, or with a loading screw auger.
