The Partisani Milling Plant with Micronizer Mill was invented in the early 1980s for milling dry chestnuts, where traditional mechanical sieving cannot be used since these flours tend to block the sieve holes very easily due to their binding properties.
This machine’s structure fully made from stainless steel is formed of a separate swirl milling chamber where the product is only taken out when it has reached the desired degree of fineness.
The big advantage of this system, alongside its simplicity and compactness, lies in its extremely high output. In fact, we can even obtain over 90% output below 300 microns for chestnuts.
Partly thanks to the continuous improvements made over the years, in addition to dry chestnuts, this type of plant has proved particularly effective for milling general pulses as long as they have a moisture level below 10%.
