Particularly popular among those who have medium-high production requirements, this series of plants actually provides cereal milling and sifting as well as a whole range of pre-milling processes such as cleaning, polishing and dampening aimed at achieving the greatest consistency for the quality of the flours produced.
The cereal can be added directly or with a loading auger into the cleaner’s hopper which gets rid of any impurities and dust. The cereal is then sent to a polisher which finishes the cleaning process thanks to its abrasive action on the grains. The polished cereal is then unloaded directly into the wheat dampening auger which moistens it and then sends it to a resting silo. An extracting auger collects the cereal from the silo and sends it to the stone-grinding mill. Thanks to the pneumatic conveyor which keeps the operating temperatures low and prevents the formation of dust in the environment, this mill then sends it to the centrifugal sifter which separates the husk from the flour.
