This is the perfect line for processing cereals and products that require cleaning as well as a conditioning process.
This line can be created with a capacity ranging from 150 to 800 kg/h partly thanks to its small customization options, making it one of the most versatile and popular machines.

The cereal can be added directly or with a loading auger into the cleaner’s hopper which gets rid of any impurities and dust. The cereal is then sent to a wheat dampening auger which moistens the cereal and afterwards it is sent to a resting silo. An extracting auger collects the cereal from the silo and sends it to the stone-grinding mill. Thanks to the pneumatic conveyor which keeps the operating temperatures low and prevents the formation of dust in the environment, this mill then sends it to the centrifugal sifter which separates the husk from the flour.
