The world of grinding has undergone a radical transformation since the Second World War, a change that has had a profound effect on the industry. Partisani has faced this transformation by staying true to its values and traditions. Unlike other cylinder mills, which produce a refined flour lacking in mineral salts and essential fibers, Partisani’s stone-grinding mills process the grain with a single pass. This method leaves the cereal’s nutritional qualities intact, preserving the fibers and minerals which are fundamental to producing high quality flour.

Stone grinding yields more than just flour rich in nutrients: it also meets the growing demand for more natural, healthier and less processed products. This traditional process, by maintaining the integrity of the grain, meets the needs of the market that increasingly values quality and sustainability. Partisani’s decision to continue operating with this method reflects a commitment to the health and well-being of consumers.

Today, Partisani is acknowledged as a worldwide point of reference in the manufacture of mills and plants for stone grinding cereals. Every component is designed, assembled and tested internally at the facilities in Forlì, Italy. This attention to detail and innovation ensures products not only meet the highest standards but also meet the needs of a global market that is increasingly focused on the quality and efficiency of processing cereals.
