Our Cleaner is entirely made from welded and galvanized steel to prevent the quick wear of the metal parts.
The motor is mounted onto special slides to make assembling and disassembling the belts easier. Motion is transmitted to the drive shaft through V-belts and pulleys. The Cleaner is completely shielded in order to prevent even the slightest dust leaks and any other type of accident. The drive shaft and fan shaft are mounted onto sturdy supports with dust-tight oscillating ball bearings. The frame is made from heavy-duty boxed and galvanized steel sheets in order to absorb any residual vibrations. It is formed of an oscillating box with two sifting frames. The box is connected to the frame and drive shaft through flexible spring steel rods for suspension. The two sieves are mounted onto steel frames complete with rubber balls for cleaning. The frames are extremely quick and easy to replace. The hallmark feature of our Cleaner is the large width of the sifters and the intense vibration of the sieves which together support high production with minimum electricity consumption. All these features ensure that our Cleaner uses 1.1 kW of power, with either a single-phase or three-phase motor, and produces about 200 kg/h of cleaned product for milling. The Cleaner is equipped for easy connections between the cleaned product outlet and a possible bucket or auger elevator. The MP-10 Cleaner can be fitted with a separate suction fan, complete with a filter for settling dust and light bodies.
