The MP-20 cleaner is built with a welded and oven-painted steel structure, which guarantees exceptional strength and considerable durability over time. It’s design has been specifically studied to allow efficient positioning even in the tightest spaces.
A distinctive feature is the 800mm sieve support frame, made of food-grade polyethylene milled
from solid. This greater length, combined with the high-frequency vibration of the lateral motor
vibrators, allows for thorough cleaning even at high flow rates.
The particular “castle” configuration has been designed to prevent any escape of dust present in dirty cereal, keeping the work environment clean and safe and making the sieves easily removable and replaceable from the upper part of the machine without the use of tools or keys. The elimination of dusty fractions is ensured by a generously sized tare, positioned frontally to maximize effectiveness while the waste is conveyed into two outlets located in the lower part, which simplifies recovery and disposal operations. The configuration with a lowered base is designed for manual loading via a hopper (optional) which is equipped with simple and
intuitive product adjustment shutters. In the raised configuration, however, we find an increased unloading height to be able to connect to other sections of the system (elevators, wetting augers, etc.) and a loading with a dosing auger at the entrance.
Both solutions require an aspirator to be connected to the tare for dust removal.
